Part One: THE TERRORIZING: FEAR AND U.S. GOVERNMENT TERRORISM IN AMERICA, by S. Wolf Britain

As previously described and explained in “My Complaint to the ACLU” of 27 March 2006 (click here to access), I have been targeted by the U.S. government for retribution due to my nothing but peaceful and non-violent stand in defense of civil liberties, seeking redress of legitimate, non-frivolous grievances for violations of law, both by said government and other corporate and/or private parties, and pursuing due process of law through the appropriate agencies and procedures that the government had theretofore encouraged. I was visited by the “Department of Homeland Security (DHS)” and served what essentially amounts to an unConstitutional “federal restraining order” pursuant to the “U.S.A. Patriot Act” and other unConstitutional “laws” (the “Homeland Security Act”, et al.), restricting me from, and seeking to scare me out of, continuing to carry out my free speech rights, and the seeking of redress of grievances and due process of law from the government, unless I want to incur further government retribution and/or threat of serious ramifications resulting from the continued non-violent exercise of those (/my) civil liberties.
I have come to realize, since the filing of my American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Complaint concerning same, that I was setup and/or entrapped by the “U.S. Department of Agriculture (U.S.D.A.)” employee who falsely accused me of threatening her, by her intentionally seeking to anger me with false accusations of my 1.) being a liar, and 2.) recording our phone conversations, in order to provoke an angry response so she could falsely claim, under the new regulations spoken of above, that I threatened her, what the government now very broadly calls, “perceived threatening conduct”. The U.S. government has thereby unConstitutionally and illegally outlawed non-violent free speech expression(s) of anger; and this overly broad perception of “threatening conduct” is obviously unConstitutional because of its criminalizing of free speech and its inherent violation of free speech rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (also known as Article One of the Bill of Rights), and because it presumes all those accused of it guilty, without any adjudication or finding thereof by any court of law of relevant jurisdiction, and in completely illegal denial of due process of law thereby, in violation of the Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution (otherwise known as the Fifth and Sixth Articles of the Bill of Rights).
As a result of the aforementioned government action(s) against me, I was thrown into a state of fear as they intended; and I was so concerned that if I sought other than organizational and/or very limited legal redress for the government’s violations of my civil rights, and other than through the one “required” avenue that they “provided” for my further entrapment, I would thereby be allowing myself to be additionally entrapped and/or setup to have further adverse action(s) taken against me. Therefore, other than filing my ACLU Complaint, I did nothing else to seek redress for said violation(s) of my civil liberties for the past two (2) years, until now. But, due to the occurrence in the past couple of days of another related entrapment, I must go as public, and/or make the present situation as much a matter of public record, as I can; and, in the process, use this article about same to also discuss and clarify the motives of the U.S. government and others in carrying out such unConstitutional and illegal actions against countless innocent Americans and other world citizens, as they, their agents and/or corporate associates have carried out against me.
As the title of this article attests to, the government’s motives are to so terrorize civil liberties advocates like myself, as well as the population of the U.S. and the world as a whole, that the government and others will create such a climate of fear that it will stifle individual and even organized dissent, and will get neighbor to turn against neighbor, particularly causing blind conformists and those who apathetically surrender to the eradication of freedom in the United States and the world to turn against and aid the government and others in destroying civil liberties defenders like myself. But more on that later on in this article. Right now, I will address the specifics of the latest attempt to setup and/or entrap me, after addressing inseparably connected issues, as follows:
Over the past two months or so, I have been made increasingly concerned about an occurrence regarding my U.S.D.A., government subsidized apartment complex for the elderly and disabled, which is being used to put me in greater jeopardy of additional retribution from the government, and further threats thereby to my liberty and/or physical safety. The above-referenced “federal restraining order”, as stated in my ACLU Complaint also referenced above, “…has… restricted (my) access regarding the Multi-Family Housing 515 program and (my) tenancy in…” the government subsidized apartment complex in which I now reside, otherwise “…(f)ailure to strictly comply with the restriction notice above could negatively impact (my) continued participation in the USDA, Rural Development, Multi-Family Housing, 515 Program…” and my tenancy in said apartment complex that I now reside in.
The “restriction” in question orders me “…to communicate with the USDA, Rural Development, State Office, […], solely in a written format sent through the United States Postal Service mail system, addressed as specified below: USDA, Rural Development, State Office, ATTN: Civil Rights Coordinator, […] (t)his includes, but is not limited to faxes, telephone calls, e-mails, cell phone and voice mail…”, which gives the impression that I supposedly cannot legally communicate with the management and/or owners of said complex, but “requires” me to accept, and only use, the entrapping avenue of communication that is ostensibly the only such avenue that they have left to me through which to communicate, indirectly, with said ownership and/or management of the apartment complex. Or so it would appear, though it is not made clear.
One could argue that the restriction is only referring to my communication directly with U.S.D.A. alone; but, since the management and/or ownership of same are agents and/or corporate associates of U.S.D.A. through their involvement in the government financing and/or subsidized program named above, it could also be interpreted as applying to communication with said ownership and/or management, or restriction therefrom. Thus, in cases of my needing to communicate directly with management and/or ownership of said apartment complex, which it would seem could not be legally and/or reasonably restricted, at least until we entered the “bizarro world” of the post-9/11 corporate fascism taking over the U.S. and the world, I am placed in a completely untenable position where I am both “damned if I do and damned if I don’t” contact the ownership and/or management of the complex, no doubt intentionally. And that brings me to the following other specifics of which I spoke above:
About two months ago the complex came under new resident management, a single woman with absolutely no apartment management experience, especially government subsidized apartment management experience; and, though she was friendly with me at first, suddenly she has become completely unreasonable, due to no reason(s) caused by me. At least twice over these past two months I have tried to politely convey to her that it has been my experience from five and a half years of residing in this complex, and fifteen years overall of living in government subsidized complexes, that it has been standard procedure to hold the rent checks turned in on time every month (i.e., the first day of every month), because the elderly and/or disabled Social Security recipients residing therein do not receive the bulk of their Social Security funds until the third day of each month (unless the third falls on a weekend, in which case they receive them at the end of the previous week). But this new manager will not listen to reason, has completely ignored my suggestions, has never warned me that she was going to ignore this procedure; and, as a result, she immediately deposited my June rent check on the first day of the month, causing my checking account to go overdrawn on the second day of June (though, thank Goodness, the bank went ahead and paid the check anyway).
The foregoing situation has caused me extreme distress and exacerbated my physical disabilities because I cannot handle such stressful situations, and because the bank charges exorbitant overdraft charges which I cannot afford on my extremely low, below poverty line income. I have always paid my rent on time, and I have never had this situation occur before in the entire five and a half years that I have resided where I presently live; thus, it threw me for a loop and naturally upset me. So, as soon as I discovered the situation on the afternoon of June 2nd, I left a telephone message for the resident manager that she has never returned, in which I as calmly as possible under the circumstances explained the situation she caused me to be in; then, immediately afterwards or soon thereafter on the same date, I phoned the owner to explain the situation and to seek assistance. From the moment I began to explain the matter, she became extremely rude, would not let me finish the vast majority of my sentences in which I very succinctly and reasonably attempted to explain the situation to her, and until the end of the conversation she was completely unwilling to listen to reason. Finally, she claimed that I could pay my rent late without detriment, that I should not pay it until after the third day of every month, and that their company would supposedly pay one overdraft charge of $35.00 if I provide proof of same from the bank.
Soon after that contact with the owner, it became very clear to me that this entire situation was perpetrated intentionally, and/or intentionally manipulated to occur, in order to again set me up and/or entrap me in an attempt to provoke another confrontation from which the ownership, management and/or government could claim that I am now “bouncing” my rent checks, that I “complained” again, a legal right and duty which I have been unConstitutionally and illegally outlawed from carrying out any further by way of the paperwork named above that I was served two years ago (thus I haven’t complained at all in that entire two year period since I was visited by DHS), and/or from which they could also claim, and unConstitutionally presume me guilty of, that I supposedly again carried out “perceived threatening conduct” in violation of the above-referenced “federal restraining order” (even though I have said or done nothing that was in any way actually, and/or in reality, threatening). Because of all this, I am justly very concerned that this latest situation is going to be used as just the excuse that the federal government has been looking for to take additional vindictive and arbitrary action(s) against me; and that this time, instead of “simply” visiting me again and serving me with further paperwork, I am also naturally very concerned that something much more adverse, such as my being evicted, put literally out on the street and made homeless, and/or the government “disappearing” me, is even more likely to occur at this time than ever before.
Now, this brings me to the wider purpose of this article, to apply the example of my personal situation to the broader implications of what effect(s) this kind of treatment at the hands of what the U.S. government and others have now degenerated into, and at the hands of their agents and/or corporate associates, that is occurring all over the country and the world, is having on the nation and the world as a whole. For, it is just this kind of instilling of justifiable fear, or to go into avoidance and denial of such justifiable fear, that the government, as spoken of earlier, is purposefully promulgating, inculcating and perpetuating, seeking to make the vast majority of the citizenry into, out of fear, soldout automatons with no individual freedom(s), without the free exercise of any of those freedoms, and into mindless, unquestioning, enslaved drones who don’t think for themselves. That is the form of corporate fascist government that we are under right now, and such governments and their corporate fascist partners and minions only become more and more fear-instilling, and more and more unmerciful, while fraudulently claiming that they exist to help the citizenry, and/or are doing what they’re doing “for our own best good” and/or “the good of the country”.
Governments such as the U.S. government that promote this kind and level of fear intentionally terrorize their populations, not to mention the entire world, with their aggressive violence, psychological operations (psyops), propaganda, indoctrination, conditioning, and wider and wider instilling of fear, to the point where, by design, most people who are self-centered will become so fearful that they will react out of nothing but selfish self-preservation, and become more than willing to automatically sell out and/or help the government to destroy anyone in order to protect themselves. Thus the domestic, U.S. government instigated terrorism and violence is purposely being increased, the level of fear is intentionally on the rise and being engineered to boil over more and more, and very soon we are going to see ever increasing self-preservation at the expense of greater and greater numbers of innocent citizens who mean no harm to anyone whatsoever. That is “The Terrorizing”; and that is what corporate fascist governments do, terrorize their own populations in order to further instill unquestioning conformance, compliance and/or obedience from their citizenry, who they consider to be the enemy, and nothing more than their expendable subjects that they demand nothing less than complete, “dying” (sic) subjugation from.
In addition, such governments also consider all freedom(s), especially freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion, and the freedom to dissent against the liberty destroying aims of such corporate fascist enslavers, to be an enemy weapons system, which they also believe must be shown absolutely no mercy. Thus, they are targeting and eradicating all of those freedoms with every weapon at their own disposal, particularly through quasi-legal, extra-judicial and/or arbitrary actions like those that have so far been taken against me, supposedly “legalizing” fascist control mechanisms no matter how unConstitutional, in violation of international laws, otherwise illegal, repressive, and ever more brutal, terrorizing and horrific they become. Their message is, “Bow down and sell your soul to the devil, or we will destroy you (and/or take away your liberty)”.
The repression may seem to be “soft fascism” at first, as in my case, and then very soon it escalates into unrestrained, sadistic, merciless, and bloodthirsty, “jackbooted” thuggery, for which those minions who carry it out receive immunity and impunity, being not only allowed to get away with it without consequences, but encouraged to carry out ever more severe forms of physical terrorism, abuse and torture. Those who perpetrate it have no compassion, or what they have had of compassion is very fast being programmed from them, so much so that we are already seeing vastly escalating, brutal force being used against completely innocent, non-violent and unresisting citizens all across the country and the world; and the mainstream media is inculcating, if they report on it at all, a sense that such brutality in an ostensibly free country, and in “the free world”, is supposedly acceptable, and even “necessary”, which far too many citizens are falling for. If this is not literal terrorism in its various forms and levels of severity, at the hands of our own government(s), what is?
“Let’s be clear… (the global communist-fascist-theocratic NeoLibNaziCON) regime (and their) war criminal and… corporatist (aka corporate-fascist, and monstrous, globalist international mobster and banking {aka “al-CIA-duh”, etc.}) allies (are purposely seeking) to keep Americans terrorized, while destroying (their) civil liberties under cover of (so-called) ‘homeland security’ [better known as intentionally-created ‘Homeland Insecurity’ and apparent ‘Homeland Stupidity’, while they purposely make themselves look incompetant as they know exactly what they’re doing; totally destroying the sovereignty and freedom(s) of the U.S. and the rest of the sovereign countries of the world, and setting up their “New World Order (NWO)” / “One World Nation (OWN)” and one-world government of complete global subjugation, enslavement, domination, and absolute, unmerciful control, seeking to get all U.S. and world citizens to sell their souls to unmitigated evil, and to slaughter eighty to ninety percent of the earth’s population through racist eugenics, “ethnic cleansing” and genocide; which they are well on the way to accomplishing, though we haven’t seen anything yet (although we will see and/or experience it very soon)].” (Written by ‘Antifascist’ in their article, “Operation Sentinel: The High-Tech Police State Takes Shape”, from their blog, ‘Antifascist Calling: Exploring the Shadowlands of the Corporate Police State’; with emphasis and additional facts added by me.)
Such is the political climate of fear and terror that the U.S. government is intentionally creating in America, and in the rest of the world as well, through the unConstitutional draconian, repressive “laws”, institutions and actions which they have now implemented, created and begun to carry out against innocent American and world citizens, and against the freedoms all of us should hold most dear above everything else other than God in this country and world, that most people are so fearful and suspicious, they largely remain silent, just as the government intended, when the last thing they should be is silent about the destruction of their country(ies), their world, and their liberties. They are much more suspicious of other people than usual, and falsely suspect those who speak up for freedom and the preservation of our civil liberties embodied in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, as well as the preservation of True Freedom worldwide, of somehow being disloyal to their country(ies) and/or the world; when, in actuality, it is those who non-violently and unflinchingly stand up against the eradication of freedom, and against the completely illegal and unConstitutional aggressive, “preemptive” and mass-murderous warfare abroad, “the supreme international crime”, who are the most loyal to the country and world, and who are being the best, most responsible, most Truly Patriotic American and world citizens.
In case you’re asking, “What does the immediately-foregoing have to do with the unConstitutional and illegal actions being carried out against me(?)”, it shows a pattern of the U.S. government’s, its surrogates and/or far too many of its citizens ignorance of, contempt for, disrespect of, and/or eradication(s) of both the rights to privacy and of privacy itself, as well as the eradication(s) of both the rights to freedom and of freedom itself.
At the present time we are seeing a pattern of increasing U.S. government, corporate and extremely careless citizen lawlessness and eradication of privacy and freedom. It is epidemic and fast becoming pandemic; and what is specifically happening in my case, is one of many prime examples of how privacy and freedom are very rapidly being more and more greatly endangered and destroyed, necessitating that all of us exercise and/or fulfill our duty(ies) and/or responsibility(ies), in any and all non-violent ways that we can, to defend, preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States, the supreme rule of law, liberty rights and duties, and all rights to privacy and freedom. And we must not, AT ALL, allow them to become extinct as the “‘powers’ that be”, including government agencies, owners and management responsible for government-subsidized apartment complexes such as the one that I’m presently residing in, are very quickly seeking to make them!

Remember, it is in-truth the unConstitutional, draconian, repressive “laws”, institutions, actions, and “rulers” of the U.S. government and others that are traitorous and treasonous. It is NOT innocent American and world citizens who take a non-violent, unflinching stand against all of these Neanderthal abrogations, contraventions and violations of human freedom and dignity who are traitorous and treasonous. And it is NOT those who exercise their rights and duties under international and/or Constitutional law(s) to defend themselves from the extremely terrorizing, violent and mass-murderous onslaught(s) against their independence, sovereignty and liberty rights to be completely free of ALL aggressive war(s), imperialism, hegemony, and arrogant hubris, and to defend themselves against and be completely free of any and all invasions, violations and destructions of their civil liberties and/or human rights and dignities.
Also recall that “(t)he pen is mightier than the sword”, and that “(t)he truth will set (us) free”!
In closing, again, it is high time to wake up (if we aren’t already), to face that this is going on and getting worse and worse all over the nation and the world, to not allow the increasingly barbaric and horrific U.S. corporate fascist government and others to succeed in getting us to live in fear, to not allow them to get us to believe their more and more prolific propaganda lies, to not allow them to deceive us into accepting and/or supporting endless wars of aggression (“the supreme international crime”), and to not allow them to take away all of our liberties, and that it is high time to take more and more of a concerted, non-violent stand to take back and preserve our free republic, and the freedoms of the rest of the world, before it is too late.

Criminals stand trial for their crimes. Period. (At least that is the case with most accused criminals, and should be the case with the Bush-Mobster/Monsters as well.)
Impeachment proceedings were begun against Richard Nixon two years after a landslide election victory—and he resigned to avoid being impeached and removed from office—for crimes far less incriminating, and in far fewer number (say a half dozen for Nixon, and probably over 1,000 for Bush), than the Bush Administration. In 1973, 50,000 telegrams to Congress forced them to begin impeachment hearings.

1. Go to your local Impeach For Peace meeting.
2. IMPEACH BUSH DIRECTLY. That’s right, this is no online petition. It’s actually a legal document demanding impeachment through a previously used, and little known procedure. Learn about it, then Impeach Bush yourself, and stop waiting for your legislatures.
3. Learn about actions steps and events a week before they occur.
4. Help us with daily expenses (printing, banners, web hosting, protest expenses, marketing, etc.). We are not-for-profit. 100% of funds go directly to efforts to Impeach Bush!

i. Sit at a coffee shop with a sign on the back of your laptop that reads, “Impeach for Peace, Ask me how!”.
j. Sing anti-establishment/anti-war songs at coffee shops, and in-between songs, push for impeachment.
k. Signs on bridges.
o. Leaflets on cars.
q. Door hangers/Door-to-Door signatures on an initiative.
r. Steer people to website where they can buy impeach bush bumper stickers/t-shirts (http://www.cafepress.com/impeachbush_tv) or (Impeach For Peace Stuff).
s. Make songs/animation/funny images/poems and put in on radio stations/websites/tv.
t. Buy radio/billboard/newspaper/tv spots.
u. Write your newspaper (Minneapolis Star Tribune, letter to editor).

w. Sit-ins.
y. Make funny drama skit for protests.
z. Dress up like dead Iraqis & U.S. Soldiers and drape ourselves over the federal building (inform the media prior).

When the wanna-be Napoleonic, absolutely-despotic “dictator” and completely tyrannical and treasonous President of the United States, George W. Bush, signed the “Military Commissions Act of 2006” and the “John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007” on October 17th, 2006, effectively signing away all of the rights delineated in the first ten Amendments of U.S. Constitution known as “The Bill of Rights”, throwing away that which distinguished the U.S. from the rest of the world in protected liberties and freedoms that would have very likely been unheard of in the entire world if it hadn’t been for their beacon of “unalienable rights”, I admit that I was so overwhelmed with dismay and a defeatist attitude, I allowed myself to be rendered almost completely unable to function for these past several months. I still find it difficult to even go on automatically breathing, so disheartening is the level of my consternation over this extremely threatening turn of events.
What is just as dispiriting, if not more so, is that most “Americans” aren’t even aware of, or couldn’t care less about, the dire danger that this “state of the nation” puts ALL of us under. In fact, such is the extremity of their ignorance on this state of affairs, that one is obliged to agree with what has been said recently of this completely perilous and disconcerting situation that, unless these circumstances are immediately and thoroughly remedied, it is “the end of the republic” of the United States. This, very unfortunately, is absolutely no exaggeration whatsoever, and that is just how life-threateningly dangerous this predicament is. For, if enough—and we’re talking about most—Americans don’t wake up completely to the extreme degree of danger that we as a country and people are presently in the throes of, and stand en-masse against it, we are about to head into such a period of darkness, mass-imprisonment and mass-murder, right within our own borders, that an ostensibly “free” country has never before seen in the whole history of this planet.
The two “laws” named above, and others such as the “USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act”, the “Homeland Security Act”, and countless “Executive Orders” and/or “Presidential Directives” signed by several Presidents which synergistically reveal the level of their tyranny, treason and threat to all freedom and liberty in the United States and the rest of the world, grant the U.S. government the so-called “power” and “authority” to declare anyone and everyone, including U.S. citizens, “unlawful enemy combatants” and to imprison, torture and murder them for simply exercising “free speech”, criticizing the U.S. government and/or its allies, carrying out protest or dissent, seeking redress of grievances from the government, and/or demanding curtailment of the government’s own excesses, such as those delineated herein, including for simply writing and publishing this very article, all without anything but “kangaroo” or “sham” due process of law “protections”. It is of course claimed, and is completely false, that the “Military Commissions Act” supposedly doesn’t apply to American citizens; but this “law” grants the U.S. government the so-called “license” to immediately and arbitrarily suspend or remove U.S. citizenship, thereby enabling them to also declare U.S. citizens “enemy combatants”.
The very name of the related “U.S.A. Patriot Act” itself, is meant to imply, convey and convince that those who fulfill their duty(ies) as True American Patriots to question and/or dissent against its totally unConstitutional restrictions are supposedly “unpatriotic”, and/or “traitors” to the United States, and those who support and defend it and its Constitution-, Bill of Rights-, Liberty-, and freedom- destroying mandates are supposedly “patriots”, “patriotic” and/or the “true defenders and protectors” of the U.S., and the only ‘true’ “patriots”, “patriotic Americans” and/or “true defenders and protectors” of the U.S., though ALL of this is also COMPLETELY false; and, in actuality, it is the exact opposite that is the Real Truth!
ALL “laws” like the “Patriot Act” are further meant to instill fear, to terrorize or terrify, and/or to instill concern that if we don’t blindly and unreservedly support, defend, bow down to, AND OBEY all of the unConstitutional “laws” spoken of in this article, we may be called “unpatriotic” and possibly, if not very likely, suffer the consequences also spoken of herein, so most people will surrender their freedoms to it; but, nevertheless, we must NOT succumb to that fear, terrorism and/or concern, and we must fulfill our True American Patriotic DUTY(IES) to stand up against ALL of the freedom-destroying, true U.S. government terrorism, and repressive and/or oppressive content of ALL, and NOT IN ANY WAY(S) WHATSOEVER yield any of our freedoms to, or bow down to ANY, of these completely unConstitutional, absolutely despotic, tyrannical, traitorous, and treasonous “laws”! For, to in ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM bow down, and/or capitulate, to such entirely “anti-freedom laws” WOULD truly make us unpatriotic and traitors, to the United States and to the whole world!
On top of all this, and parallel to it, other “rules of law” have been enacted, and appropriations “authorized”, much if not most of it stealthily and in relative secrecy from most of the American people, to build hundreds of “concentration” or “internment” camps, that either have already been, and/or are presently being, constructed in every single state in the U.S., having been carried out since the 1980s in the “REX84”, “Continuity of Government” initiative(s), overseen then by former-Colonel Oliver North, and since then involving the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
In January of 2006, even the mainstream media (MSM) pointed out that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) approved and allocated three hundred and eighty million more dollars ($380M), granted in a contract to Vice President Cheney’s company, KBR-Halliburton, to build even more such “camps” all over the nation. George Orwell (aka Eric Blair), in his dystopian, prescient novel “1984”, presented the evil police state motto, “freedom is slavery” (where obviously, the reverse is also inferred, ‘slavery is freedom’), and this is what the American people, and the people of the rest of the world, are being prepared for in being led to believe that setting up a “communist-fascist” style police and prison state in the U.S. and all over the globe, and locking up, torturing and murdering those who stand up for true liberty, is supposedly “freedom”.
The foregoing is classic “double-think” and/or “double-speak”. “Freedom is (supposedly) slavery”, slavery is freedom, “war is peace”, peace is war, “ignorance is strength”, strength is ignorance, up is down, down is up, black is white, white is black, right is left, left is right, wrong is right, right is wrong, lies are truth, truth is lies, etc. Many if not most “Americans” and others often hold such opposite thoughts, and sometimes speak them, at the same time, as well as hold opposing beliefs like “we (supposedly) have to give up our (civil) liberties for freedom”, when we cannot have true freedom without a complete honoring of civil liberties. It is lies like the former, while indoctrinating and conditioning us to believe that they are supposedly the truth, which lead to our enslavement that we must NEVER accept.
All of these “laws”, actions and attitudes, completely unconstitutional and anti-freedom as they are, along with others also totally unconstitutional that are no doubt yet to come, such as “hate (thought and speech) crime law(s)”, and “law(s)” eradicating our sovereignty and borders allowing our country to be taken over by foreign citizens, already and/or about to be enacted, not only make the U.S. Presidency completely treasonous and tyrannical, but also make almost the entire, if not the entire, U.S. Congress completely tyrannical and treasonous for their complicity in passing the legislation which led to their “ratification” and signing into “law” in the first place.
As a direct result of all of this, it can again rightly be said, without any inaccuracy or overstating whatsoever, that this country, the United States of America, is under such grave threat(s) right now that its very existence, and the safety of each and every one of its citizens, is in critical danger, all or mostly from their own government. That is truly how precipitous this entire predicament is.
If “We, the People” don’t very quickly restore the core values of this republic and the civilized world, and entirely eradicate these “laws”, actions and attitudes which are an affront to everything decent, right and just that this country and world are ONLY supposed to truly stand for, very soon we are going to see millions of truly innocent Americans and others imprisoned, tortured and murdered for doing nothing but truly representing those core values of liberty and freedom; and, if we don’t eradicate such unconstitutional “laws”, actions and attitudes, it will very soon be “criminal” to truly represent the core values of freedom and liberty.
In fact, though our “leaders” give abundant lip-service that such is allegedly not the case, they already really believe it is supposedly, and already are seeking to make it, criminal to stand for True Liberty and Freedom, through institution of the repressive laws that are the subject of this article. We must NOT let this continue to happen; for, if we do let it happen, we are “done for” as a country and world, and freedom and liberty are done for as well. Dear God, please don’t let this happen!
The subject matter of this article you are now reading is NOT falsely “crying wolf”, “crying fire in a crowded theater”, and/or “Chicken Little crying that the sky is falling”. The fire IS burning and consuming all of our liberties and freedoms, and the “sky” IS falling though it doesn’t look YET like it is. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US is in extreme danger, and the republic is falling! Wake up, wake up, you’re about to be suffocated by the smoke, and/or be burned up by the flames of oppression, authoritarianism and totalitarianism! Once more, this is NO exaggeration WHATSOEVER!
We must, in order to be True Americans, and/or True Patriots the world-over, stand against this now fast-flooding tide of tyranny, oppression, treason, and repression, in every and all ways that we can. We MUST get off our literally brain-deadening cell phones, and away from the “dumbing-down”, indoctrinating, brainwashing effects of remaining in front of our “idiot boxes”, our televisions, come completely out of our self-centeredness, self-absorption and self-involvement in mundane, shallow, truly-meaningless pursuits (if we very soon don’t have any TRUE liberty and freedom left anymore), and first and foremost put our energies into saving this republic, saving liberties and freedoms, from imminent and certain death, and saving countless numbers of truly innocent American citizens and many other world-citizens from truly false imprisonment, torture and murder at the hands of the extremely evil, tyrannical, treasonous, despotic, psychopathic mass-serial-murderers who are seeking to run the world and destroy the United States of America!
There are MANY things we CAN and MUST do: Write articles such as this one, and post and/or otherwise spread them far and wide. Sign any and all petitions fighting against these dystopian, oppressive, draconian, and repressive “laws”. Write Congress and/or your “Representatives”, and/or call or visit them, expressing all of your justified concerns about these extremely important matters. Post flyers everywhere you can seeking to wake more and more people up to what’s really going on, and/or to inform them about the protest gatherings. Pass out leaflets on street corners decrying the true state of affairs, and the true state of our nation. March in the mass-protest gatherings that are going on in your area, and all over the country and the world. And/or, think of other, more unique, and completely non-violent ways in which to stand up concerning these matters and to wake more and more people up to them. These are just some examples of what you CAN do to fulfill your Truly Patriotic DUTY to stand and help with these matters, and there are MANY things you can non-violently take part in to do your part to fulfill the True Patriotic Duty that it IS the duty of ALL of us to contribute to in any and all ways that WE CAN, to….
TAKE AMERICA AND THE WORLD BACK FROM THE EVIL JAWS OF THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE SEEKING TO DESTROY THE ENTIRE WORLD, AND MASS-MURDER MILLIONS OF ITS INNOCENT PEOPLE!
You CAN do it! We MUST believe that! And we MUST try! Please, for the sake of yourselves, your loved ones, your families, your friends, and all of the many other innocent people who most-assuredly will perish at the hands of the evil, one-world, international globalists destroying all True Freedom and Liberty all over this earth, take a completely non-violent, anti-violence stand against all of this repression and oppression fast engulfing us! Thank you for all that you already do, and/or will do, for the sake of us ALL! It came to my attention almost immediately upon having already published this article that the BushCONS have now issued a new “Presidential Directive”, two Directives in one [NSPD (National Security Presidential Directive) 51 and HSPD (Homeland Security Presidential Directive) 20, and evidently others that are interconnected]. These treasonous and tyrannical “powers” were signed by Bush on 9 May 2007, literally granting Bush dictatorial power(s) in the event of a “catastrophic emergency” [the next 9-11-like, U.S.-government-sponsored, “false-flag” terrorism event in the U.S. and/or against U.S. “interests” any place in the world, yet another “Pearl Harbor” event to very conveniently, as 9-11 did, give Bush and Company the so-called “justification(s)” to institute martial law, supersede the balance of powers in the Three Branches of government], and the so-called “authority” to take absolute control of the ENTIRE government.
The office of the presidency would determine what supposedly is constitutional, and what supposedly isn’t constitutional, jobs that are ONLY supposed to be carried out by the Legislative (Congressional) and Judicial (Supreme Court) Branches of the U.S. government to protect us from just such one-person rule. Therefore, this Directive would make Bush, and/or the next President in office at the time of such a “catastrophic emergency”, the first monarch, or emperor, and “absolute ruler” of the United States, making all of us as a People, no longer free, but literally enslaved to his or her “absolute rule”, contrary to, and overthrowing, the protection of the freedoms and civil liberties under the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, and thereby putting all of us in even more extreme danger than we already are.
Do you now see, if you didn’t already know, who the true terrorists that “hate our freedoms” are? Bush and Company are seeking to destroy all liberty and freedom in “the land of the free”, to set up a gulag slave state in “the home of the brave”, and to turn most of us into slaves and cowards. Very sadly, they have largely succeeded in already doing so, because a quarter to a third, perhaps more, of Americans, if they care to even find out about these facts, do absolutely nothing about this destruction of all True Freedom and Liberty, and yet they claim to love their country while they help sell us out to enslavement by that very inaction. Well I’ve got news for them, those who truly love their country do whatever they can to non-violently stand up against all despotism and tyranny that is very rapidly seeking to engulf them as this present urgent crisis is doing!
Wake up, People! There is no time to waste! Please help in trying to save this country, and millions of lives, before it is very soon too late! The very issuance of these Directives is in and of itself the ultimate grounds for not only impeachment, but the immediate arrest of Bush and his fellow-usurpers of U.S. government, Congressional and Judicial, power(s) and authority for such blatantly illegal and traitorous action(s) against the Constitution and the People of the United States of America.

Now, the latest news of “presidential” tyranny is yet another “Executive Order (E.O.)” signed by “Emperor Bush” on 17 July 2007 entitled, “Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq”, which essentially outlaws all anti-war protest and/or criticism of the war, because such dissent, and those who carry it out in fulfillment of their Constitutional, First Amendment rights and duties, could under this new E.O. be claimed to be threatening “stabilization” efforts in Iraq; or, as Kurt Nimmo put it so aptly in one of his blog’s latest articles, “….unending destruction and misery… in Iraq” ( see Kurt’s article, “Commander Guy Delivers Another Scary ‘al-Qaeda in Iraq’ Campfire Story”, from his new, “Another Day in the Empire”, blog ). Thus, not only can the private property of all anti-war organizations and individuals now be seized, all dissenters can now be interned, imprisoned and/or jailed for the completely false allegation of “aiding the enemy”. This step is the final “plank”, to be set up in the United States, of the ten steps to setting up a communist-fascist dictatorship as outlined in The Communist Manifesto, “confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels”, as the other nine steps have already been instituted in the U.S. pursuant to other, some previously outlined, codifications into U.S. “law”. In addition, and this is clearly no mere afterthought due to the extreme illegality and seriousness of undermining and abrogating the U.S. Constitution, this latest treason by the Bush presidency also violates the Fifth Amendment of said Constitution, as well as the Fourth Amendment, and/or Articles Six and Seven of the Bill of Rights, which state(s), “No person shall… be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law….”, etc.
In short, the United States of America is now officially the “United States of (Communist-Fascist) Autocracy (and/or Authoritarianism)”, and is no longer a free country, unless of course all of these tyrannical and treasonous “laws” are repealed and/or overturned. But, with the U.S. Supreme Court increasingly pro-Bush-NeoCON, and pro-communist-fascism, in favor of eradicating freedom and civil liberties in this once great nation, and the U.S. Congress apparently cowed to and in almost complete acceptance of a “unitary executive”, in violation of all that this country once stood for, it looks increasingly unlikely that the overthrow of the United States by corporate-neo-communist-theocratic-fascism, particularly since the process of doing so, slowly but surely, has been taking place for over one hundred years, is going to be overcome short of the very soon return of the Lord Jesus the Christ.
Yet this does NOT IN ANY WAY obviate and/or make any less crucial the immediate fulfillment of our Constitutional DUTY(IES) AND OBLIGATION(S) as individual free citizens to resist and throw off ALL such tyranny, oppression, despotism, and repression, and to throw off and resist ALL of the despots, tyrants and oppressors who seek to reduce us under the absolute enslavement of their despotism, repression, tyranny, and oppression, which we cannot submit and/or surrender to in any fashion whatsoever!

If the foregoing unConstitutional “laws” weren’t shocking, awful, terrible, and horrific enough, taking down all freedom in the past-republic of the United States as they have done, our worst concerns have now been realized, not just by the foregoing, but also fulfilled by our concern, mentioned above, that the next step would be to institute unConstitutional “hate” and/or “thought-crime” legislation in order to pass such “laws” into being which would enable the now autocratic, authoritarian, fascist, anti-freedom, terrorist, and now becoming totalitarian and repressive, U.S. government to outlaw the Constitutional, First Amendment right(s) and duty(ies) to dissent.
Then they can “quasi-” and/or “extra- ‘legally'” come after all dissenters and/or those who are doing nothing but exercising and fulfilling their Constitutional right(s) and duty(ies) to question, stand up against and abolish those oppressive and/or repressive actions now being taken by the U.S. government in contravention and destruction of all that is Truly Right, True and Free, thereby taking the final steps to eradicate all freedom, and completely overthrow all “government of the People, by the People, and for the People”, in “America”; and, by extension of their fascist, mass-murderous terrorism, imperialism, hegemony, hubris, endless war(s) of aggression, crimes against humanity, and war crimes, in the rest of the world as well.
Through passage (in an extremely shameful, tyrannical and treasonous vote of 404 to 6!) by the U.S. House of “Representatives”—who are supposed to do NOTHING but represent the will of the majority of the American people, though they no longer do—of the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007” (House Resolution Bill HR-1955) on 23 October 2007—otherwise known as “The Thought Crime Bill”—an amendment to Title VIII of the “Homeland Security Act of 2002” (6 U.S. Code §§ 361, et seq.), the fulfillment of our worst concerns, as stated above, have now come to fruition; particularly considering that the consensus is that passage of this legislation into (unConstitutional) “law” by the Senate is, to the complete detriment of this country and the entire world, a foregone conclusion. This, and all of the U.S. government’s aforementioned actions, is and/or are a declaration of war against the American people by “their own” government!
This latest “law” essentially makes it “violence” and “terrorism” for U.S. citizens and others to believe in, promote and/or promulgate an “extremist belief system”, and such an extremely broad definition can, is meant to, and will apply to just about anything, including non-violently standing up for, defending, protecting, and seeking to preserve the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. The so-interned and/or imprisoned will have their sanity destroyed with isolation, sensory-deprivation and other torture(s), and/or be heinously inflicted with “cruel and unusual punishment(s)”, against the uncharged and/or unconvicted, in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, Article Ten of the Bill of Rights, and other laws, as Jose Padilla’s and others’ sanity have already been destroyed in a completely criminal and un-American fashion, and in total contravention and abrogation of all the high principles that the U.S. is ONLY supposed to stand for.
At that point we would be without continued citizenship if any (it being summarily and/or automatically taken away by arbitrary edict and/or ruling of “kangaroo courts” and/or military-mobster-operated, unjust tribunals such as “military commissions” hearings and/or laws), without habeas corpus (being able to seek relief from unlawful imprisonment and legally demand fair trials, etc., in civilian courts of law, not “military commissions” hearings), without access to lawyers and communication with family and/or friends, without protection(s) from being cruelly and severely tortured and/or terrorized, and without protection(s) from being arbitrarily executed and/or murdered for imagined or perceived “crimes” of which we will be presumed guilty, ALL OF WHICH ARE TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND IN VIOLATION OF MANY OTHER DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS!
It is by no means a mere footnote on my part that the BushCON/NeoCONS, and their kissing-cousins the NeoLibCONS, all of which are one giant junta-cabal of Neo-Lib-Nazi-CONS now running the U.S. government, who believe they supposedly rule the American people, and who think they can supposedly get away with not doing the will of the majority of the American people, are also ramming through further related, traitorous and unConstitional legislation as part of House Resolution Bill HR-1585, the “National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008“, preparing for the declaration of martial law nationwide in the United States, suspension of U.S. Constitutional Rights, and the implementation of a permanent militarized police state in the “Homeland”, eradicating all of the freedoms that the American people have stood for during the entire past 230-plus years!
All of the aforesaid “laws”, already enacted or very soon to be enacted, and delineated throughout this entire article, are diabolically interconnected and are all part of a huge, highly coordinated and extremely aggressive effort on the part of “our fearless (betrayers)”, aka treasonous traitors, to overthrow the Constitution of the United States; which, again, we cannot take lying down, and must non-violently resist with all of the True American Patriotism that is in us; and, if we haven’t found that True American Patriotism is us as yet, we must find it and take a concerted, non-violent stand against ALL of these inroads of the corporate – neo – communist – theocratic – fascist overthrow and takeover of the United States of America and the world, and we have to do it NOW, EN MASSE, FOR THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO MORE TIME TO WASTE!

FATAL VISION: The Deeper Evil Behind The Detainee Bill, by Chris Floyd
The American flag, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights have now been torn to shreads. “Rest In Peace (RIP)”, Freedom and Liberty. RIP, “the experiment in democracy”.
We have watched in dumb amazement (those of us who have realized what is really going on, that is) as for the past five years the Bill of Rights, the U.S. Constitution, liberty, and freedom have been step by step, systematically eviscerated, first with the so-called “USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act (those who criticize it supposedly aren’t patriots)”, and then with the latest afront on domestic freedom and liberty, the “Military Commissions Act of 2006,” also known among other names as the “Detainee Bill”, passed by an almost completely cowed Senate in the dead of night on Friday, the 29th day of September, 2006.
Now NONE OF US is safe. Not civil libertarians, not dissenters, not protesters of even the mildest variety (as virtually everything is now considered “terrorism”), and not even those blind worshippers of the U.S. government or its agents; because, if someone decides they don’t like you, or gets jealous or resentful of you, all they need do is CLAIM you criticized the government, defended “rights”, felt that certain force used against someone was excessive, or committed some other equally innocent “perceived threatening conduct” (some of the federal government’s favorite wording that they now use for those who exercise their inalienable, immutable, inviolable First Amendment rights of Freedom of Speech, Belief and Dissent to disagree with their government), and you will very likely be “disappeared” into custody, stripped of U.S. citizenship, and be interro(r)gated, intimidated, humiliated, terrorized, tortured, and/or very possibly murdered, all without “Due Process of Law” under the Fifth and Fourteen Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, or a fair, unbiased hearing, access to an impartial lawyer, court, judge, or jury; and, if you live through this process, you could be kept secretly imprisoned forever without access to ANYONE important to you. This is NO exageration WHATSOVER; and, if “We, The People” don’t repeal this horrific law, or the U.S. Supreme court doesn’t overturn it, this is the END of our Republic, of Democracy, and of ALL Liberty and Freedom in “the land of the free, and the home of the brave”, and THE END OF ALL protection(s) from a capricious, out of control, dictatorial government.
So, you see, the inviolable freedoms and liberties that we have so taken for granted, and that most Americans now have so little understanding of the supreme importance of, much to our grave detriment, were not overturned by “Islamo-Fascist terrorists”, nor by protesting, dissenting U.S. citizens, nor journalists critical of the government, nor any other equally illusory, contrived, manufactured, engineered, and/or U.S.-government-created, state-sponsored “enemy(ies)”, agents, assets, patsies, bogeymen, infiltra(i)tors, disinfo-agents, detractors, distractors, naysayers, actors, shills, trolls, hackers, informers, spies, entrappers, and/or agents provocateur, etc., but this act of true terrorism was carried out by the very people in our own government who are literally sworn to uphold and protect the U.S. Constitution “from all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC”, including from THEMSELVES and other tyrannical, ‘absolutely despotic’ (to loosely quote the Declaration of Independence) forces in that very government; and the vast majority of them have COMPLETELY failed us and thrown EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this great country OF OURS into limitless danger and threat(s) by that government to the very safety of EACH AND EVERY ONE OF OUR LIVES.

I.
It was a dark hour indeed (on Friday, September 29th, 2006) when the United States Senate voted to end the constitutional republic and transform the country into a “Leader-State,” giving the president and his agents the power to capture, torture and imprison forever anyone — American citizens included — whom they arbitrarily decide is an “enemy combatant.” This also includes those who merely give “terrorism” some kind of “support,” defined so vaguely that many experts say it could encompass legal advice, innocent gifts to charities or even political opposition to US government policy within its draconian strictures.
All of this is bad enough — a sickening and cowardly surrender of liberty not seen in a major Western democracy since the Enabling Act passed by the German Reichstag in March 1933. But it is by no means the full extent of our degradation. In reality, the darkness is deeper, and more foul, than most people imagine. For in addition to the dictatorial powers of seizure and torment given by Congress on Thursday to George W. Bush — powers he had already seized and exercised for five years anyway, even without this fig leaf of sham legality — there is a far more sinister imperial right that Bush has claimed — and used — openly, without any demur or debate from Congress at all: ordering the “extrajudicial killing” of anyone on earth that he and his deputies decide — arbitrarily, without charges, court hearing, formal evidence, or appeal — is an “enemy combatant.”
That’s right; from the earliest days of the Terror War — September 17, 2001, to be exact — Bush has claimed the peremptory power of life and death over the entire world. If he says you’re an enemy of America, you are. If he wants to imprison you and torture you, he can. And if he decides you should die, he’ll kill you. This is not hyperbole, liberal paranoia, or “conspiracy theory”: it’s simply a fact, reported by the mainstream media, attested by senior administration figures, recorded in official government documents — and boasted about by the president himself, in front of Congress and a national television audience.
And although the Republic-snuffing act just passed by Congress does not directly address Bush’s royal prerogative of murder, it nonetheless strengthens it and enshrines it in law. For the measure sets forth clearly that the designation of an “enemy combatant” is left solely to the executive branch; neither Congress nor the courts have any say in the matter. When this new law is coupled with the existing “Executive Orders” authorizing “lethal force” against arbitrarily designated “enemy combatants,” it becomes, quite literally, a license to kill — with the seal of Congressional approval.
How arbitrary is this process by which all our lives and liberties are now governed? Dave Niewert at Orcinus has unearthed a remarkable admission of its totally capricious nature. In an December 2002 story in the Washington Post, then-Solicitor General Ted Olson described the anarchy at the heart of the process with admirable frankness:
“[There is no] requirement that the executive branch spell out its criteria for determining who qualifies as an enemy combatant,” Olson argues.
“‘There won’t be 10 rules that trigger this or 10 rules that end this,’ Olson said in the interview. ‘There will be judgments and instincts and evaluations and implementations that have to be made by the executive that are probably going to be different from day to day, depending on the circumstances.'”
In other words, what is safe to do or say today might imperil your freedom or your life tomorrow. You can never know if you are on the right side of the law, because the “law” is merely the whim of the Leader and his minions: their “instincts” determine your guilt or innocence, and these flutterings in the gut can change from day to day. This radical uncertainty is the very essence of despotism — and it is now, formally and officially, the guiding principle of the United States government.
And underlying this edifice of tyranny is the prerogative of presidential murder. Perhaps the enormity of this monstrous perversion of law and morality has kept it from being fully comprehended. It sounds unbelievable to most people: a president ordering hits like a Mafia don? But that is our reality, and has been for five years. To overcome what seems to be a widespread cognitive dissonance over this concept, we need only examine the record — a record, by the way, taken entirely from publicly available sources in the mass media. There’s nothing secret or contentious about it, nothing that any ordinary citizen could not know — if they choose to know it.
II.
Six days after the 9/11 attacks, George W. Bush signed a “presidential finding” authorizing the CIA to kill those individuals whom he had marked for death as terrorists. This in itself was not an entirely radical innovation; Bill Clinton’s White House legal team had drawn up memos asserting the president’s right to issue “an order to kill an individual enemy of the United States in self-defense,” despite the legal prohibitions against assassination, the Washington Post reported in October 2001. The Clinton team based this ruling on the “inherent powers” of the “Commander in Chief” — that mythical, ever-elastic construct that Bush has evoked over and over to defend his own unconstitutional usurpations.
The practice of “targeted killing” was apparently never used by Clinton, however; despite the pro-assassination memos, Clinton followed the traditional presidential practice of bombing the hell out of a bunch of civilians whenever he wanted to lash out at some recalcitrant leader or international outlaw — as in his bombing of the Sudanese pharmaceutical factory in 1998, or the two massive strikes he launched against Iraq in 1993 and 1998, or indeed the death and ruin that was deliberately inflicted on civilian infrastructure in Serbia during that nation’s collective punishment for the crimes of Slobodan Milosevic. Here, was following the example set by George H.W. Bush, who killed hundreds, perhaps thousands, of Panamanian civilians in his illegal arrest of Manuel Noriega in 1988, and Ronald Reagan, who killed Moamar Gadafy’s adopted 2-year-old daughter and 100 other civilians in a punitive strike on Libya in 1986.
Junior Bush, of course, was about to outdo all those blunderbuss strokes with his massive air attacks on Afghanistan, which killed thousands of civilians, and the later orgy of death and destruction in Iraq. But he also wanted the power to kill individuals at will. At first, the assassination program was restricted to direct orders from the president aimed at specific targets, as suggested by the Clinton memos. But soon the arbitrary power of life and death was delegated to agents in the field, after Bush signed orders allowing CIA assassins to kill targets without seeking presidential approval for each attack, the Washington Post reported in December 2002. Nor was it necessary any longer for the president to approve each new name added to the target list; the “security organs” could designate “enemy combatants” and kill them as they saw fit. However, Bush was always keen to get the details about the agency’s wetwork, administration officials assured the Post.
The first officially confirmed use of this power was the killing of an American citizen, along with several foreign nationals, by a CIA drone missile in Yemen on November 3, 2002. A similar strike occurred on December 4, 2005, when a CIA missile destroyed a house and purportedly killed Abu Hamza Rabia, a suspected al-Qaeda figure. But the only bodies found at the site were those of two children, the houseowner’s son and nephew, Reuters reports. The grieving father denied any connection to terrorism. An earlier CIA strike on another house missed Rabia but killed his wife and children, Pakistani officials reported.
However, there is simply no way of knowing at this point how many people have been killed by American agents operating outside all judicial process. Most of the assassinations are carried out in secret: quietly, professionally. As a Pentagon document uncovered by the New Yorker in December 2002 revealed, the death squads must be “small and agile,” and “able to operate clandestinely, using a full range of official and non-official cover arrangements to … enter countries surreptitiously.”
What’s more, there are strong indications that the Bush administration has outsourced some of the contracts to outside operators. In the original Post story about the assassinations — in those first heady weeks after 9/11, when administration officials were much more open about “going to the dark side,” as Cheney boasted on national television — Bush insiders told the paper that “it is also possible that the instrument of targeted killings will be foreign agents, the CIA’s term for nonemployees who act on its behalf.
Here we find a deadly echo of the “rendition” program that has sent so many captives to torture pits in Syria, Egypt and elsewhere — including many whose innocence has been officially established, such as the Canadian businessman Maher Arar, German national Khalid El-Masri, UK native Mozzam Begg and many others. They had been subjected to imprisonment and torture despite their innocence, because of intelligence “mistakes.” How many have fallen victim to Bush’s hit squads on similar shaky grounds?
So here we are. Congress has just entrenched the principle of Bush’s “unitary executive” dictatorship into law; and it is this principle that undergirds the assassination program. As I wrote in December, it’s hard to believe that any genuine democracy would accept a claim by its leader that he could have anyone killed simply by labeling them an “enemy.” It’s hard to believe that any adult with even the slightest knowledge of history or human nature could countenance such unlimited, arbitrary power, knowing the evil it is bound to produce. Yet this is exactly what the great and good in America have done.
But this should come as no surprise. They have known about it all along, and have not only countenanced Bush’s death squad, but even celebrated it. I’ll end with one more passage from that December article, which sadly is even more apt for our degraded reality today. It was a depiction of the one of the most revolting scenes in recent American history: Bush’s state of the Union address in January 2003, delivered live to the nation during the final warmongering frenzy before the rape of Iraq:
Trumpeting his successes in the Terror War, Bush claimed that “more than 3,000 suspected terrorists” had been arrested worldwide — “and many others have met a different fate.” His face then took on the characteristic leer, the strange, sickly half-smile it acquires whenever he speaks of killing people: “Let’s put it this way. They are no longer a problem.”
In other words, the suspects — and even Bush acknowledged they were only suspects — had been murdered. Lynched. Killed by agents operating unsupervised in that shadow world where intelligence, terrorism, politics, finance and organized crime meld together in one amorphous, impenetrable mass. Killed on the word of a dubious informer, perhaps: a tortured captive willing to say anything to end his torment, a business rival, a personal foe, a bureaucrat looking to impress his superiors, a paid snitch in need of cash, a zealous crank pursuing ethnic, tribal or religious hatreds — or any other purveyor of the garbage data that is coin of the realm in the shadow world.
Bush proudly held up this hideous system as an example of what he called “the meaning of American justice.” And the assembled legislators … applauded. Oh, how they applauded! They roared with glee at the leering little man’s bloodthirsty, B-movie machismo. They shared his sneering contempt for law — our only shield, however imperfect, against the blind, brute, ignorant, ape-like force of raw power. Not a single voice among them was raised in protest against this tyrannical machtpolitik: not that night, not the next day, not ever.
And now, in September 2006, we know they will never raise that protest. Oh, a few Democrats stood up at the last minute on Thursday to posture nobly about the dangers of the detainee bill — but only when they knew that it was certain to pass, when they had already given up their one weapon against it, the filibuster, in exchange for permission from their Republican masters to offer amendments that they also knew would fail. Had they been offering such speeches since October 2001, when the lineaments of Bush’s presidential tyranny were already clear — or at any other point during the systematic dismantling of America’s liberties over the past five years — these fine words might have had some effect.
Now the killing will go on. The tyranny that has entered upon the country will grow stronger, more brazen; the darkness will deepen. Whitman, thou should’st be living at this hour; America has need of thee. (Subtitle and/or emphasis added by Wolf Britain.)

‘IMPEACH BUSH NOW!’ DO-IT-YOURSELF IMPEACHMENT ACTION, by ImpeachForPeace.org
Impeach for Peace, a Minnesota-based impeachment group, has researched a method for impeaching the president using a little known and rarely used part of the Rules of the House of Representatives ("Jefferson’s Manual"). This document actually empowers individual citizens to initiate the impeachment process themselves.
"Jefferson’s Manual" is an interpretive guide to parliamentary procedure, and is included (along with the Constitution) in the bound volumes of the Rules of the House of Representatives. The section covering impeachment lists the acceptable vehicles for bringing impeachment motions to the floor of the House.
Before the House Judiciary Committee can put together the Articles of Impeachment, someone must initiate the impeachment procedure. Most often, this occurs when members of the House pass a resolution. Another method outlined in the manual, however, is for individual citizens to submit a memorial for impeachment.
After learning this information, Minnesotan and Impeach for Peace member (Jodin Morey) found precedent in an 1826 memorial by Luke Edward Lawless which had been successful in initiating the impeachment of Federal Judge James H. Peck. Impeach for Peace then used this as a template for their "Do-It-Yourself Impeachment." Now any citizen can download the DIY Impeachment Memorial and submit it, making it possible for Americans to do what our representatives have been unwilling to do. The idea is for so many people to submit the Memorial that it cannot be ignored.
Feel free to download it, print out TWO copies, fill in your relevant information in the blanks (name, State, etc.), and send in two letters today (One to the head of the Judiciary, and the other to John Conyers lead Democrat in the House Judiciary). There’s also extra credit for sending a DIY Impeachment to your own representative.
Hold on to the other copy of the two letters until October 12th when we’re having everyone send them in.
That’s right — to make a big impact, we’re having everyone send it in on the same date (Over 30,000 downloads so far). We hope to flood the Judiciary Committee and John Conyers office with sacks of mail and cause a newsworthy event to further pressure the Congress to act on the memorials. Although, it’s important to keep in mind that in the 1826 precedent, impeachment resulted as a result of a single memorial. Yours might be the one.

"Why are you waiting until October 12th? That’s too late to force an impeachment before the elections."
Actually, we’re asking people to send in the Do-It-Yourself Impeachment Memorials twice — once immediately, and again in October. Originally we were asking people to send the petitions in October only, but we realized that the situation is just too urgent to wait. We also wanted the time to get the word out about DIY Impeachment, however, so we thought this was the best compromise.
"Why did you choose October?"
October was chosen because of its potential effect on the elections. With a Republican Congress, impeachment seems unlikely, so we’re hoping to influence the vote. If we have sacks of mail all arriving at once, we hope it will hit the news in a big way, reminding people of all the corruption and crime in Bush’s administration and the rest of the Republican Party. We want people walking into the polls with these facts on their minds. This also is a few days after an October 5th national protest across the nation. We’re planning on marketing this idea during those protests to get hoards more people to send it in.
"Won’t the new irradiation process (due to the anthrax scare) delay your mailings past election time?"
According to the USPS’s website, “U. S. Mail is still being irradiated, [causing] a two day delay [in] the process from start to finish. The mail is irradiated for all government mail for zip codes in 202- 205 areas." This covers the zip code for Conyers and Sensenbrenner listed on the Memorial.
We also called Betty McCullum (one of our organizer’s Representatives), and she told us it takes 1-2 weeks for her to receive U.S. Mail.
"Why didn’t you include Cheney and Rice? They’ll become president if Bush is found guilty?"
Cheney and Rice were deliberately not included because we need a focused message. Adding more people to the initiation of the impeachment process complicates the issue. Some people may not agree on impeaching Cheney or Rice because their crimes are less reported than Bush’s, but we want all the help we can get. However, Cheney and Rice will be impeached along with Bush when the investigation reveals their crimes.
"Who finances Impeach For Peace?"
We receive donations from our organizers, and from our supportive friends. We also receive some online donations.
"Why did you change the address to which we’re sending the memorials?"
We discovered some potential procedural problems with having the memorial(s) go exclusively to Conyers. While we haven’t yet completely cleared this up, our current system of sending it to both Sensenbrenner and to Conyers will solve the issue one way or the other. We don’t wish to send it exclusively to Sensenbrenner, as his agenda opposes ours, and he may never even acknowledge having received them. Conyers, however, is actively pursuing impeachment, and he’s a member of the Judiciary (the body which will need to eventually act on impeachment). It’s important that he know how many letters have been sent so that he can fight for us.
"I find no mention — or means of locating — the form for requesting a waiver so that I may file in forma pauperis."
"IN FORMA PAUPERIS — Someone who is without the funds to pursue the normal costs of a lawsuit or criminal defense (and the process by which they request a waiver of court fees and costs). Upon the court’s granting of this status the person is entitled to waiver of normal (court fees and) costs, and/or appointment of counsel [but (the latter) seldom in other than a criminal case]."
(The) impeachment process isn’t carried out in a normal court room, indeed, it is not even a legal indictment, but a political process. The "trial," if you will, would be carried out in the Senate. The memorialist (i.e., you and me), would not be prosecuting a "case." Rather, we are "praying" that our representatives take up the matter on our behalf on the floor of the House and Senate. Feel free to read the precedents on the "DIY Impeachment" page (etc.) for historical examples. The costs for the running of the House of Representatives, and any matter they wish to discuss/act upon are taken from our taxes.
We are petitioning our government, we can not be sued or fined for this. This is not the same process (requiring the same expense) as suing the government.
"Is there a way to gather signatures and have a single filing done in the names of ALL of the signatories?"
Maybe. Feel free to research it and start one. However we are having each citizen do it individually. Why? Merely because that is the historical precedent, and therefore we know this method has been effective in the past. It is also more empowering.
"On a federal form with a place for a notary’s signature, why do you emphasize that it isn’t necessary? Surely you realize that ANY excuse will be used here, or could be (to not process these memorials accordingly). I would think that any base(s) that can be covered should be."
The form is not a "federal form." It is one we developed based upon another individual citizen’s memorial to congress. That historical memorial was not notarized. The inclusion of the notary section was initially placed there over confusion as to whether it was necessary due to more recent developments. According to the lead parliamentarian of the House of Representatives, there is no such need for the notary. However, we still think it’s a good idea. So, we left it on and encourage people to do it. However, we wish for people to send their memorial in even if they’re not going to go to that effort.

Why just the one word? It is the word. Everyone who sees it will know exactly who and what we are talking about. And it is the one word that most of our elected leaders are afraid to utter.
Doesn’t talk of impeachment just play into the Republican Party’s hands? That’s what they want us to think. Nancy Pelosi, for one, seems to have bought that argument. We don’t. We think that many thoughtful Republicans are looking at the abridgements of Constitutional Democracy perpetrated by this administration against the citizens and the Congress of the United States and understand that impeachment is a very real solution, and they are scared.
Could Bush really be impeached? Yes, and we have a moral obligation to carry this through. It is not necessary for us to list here all of the High Crimes and Misdemeanors committed by this White House. You know them all. The most critical point is this: as bad as this administration is, if we don’t stop them now, then the bar will be set even lower for the next group of criminals that takes over the White House. This is not a partisan issue. This is a citizen’s issue.
But do we really want a President Cheney? Well, no, he’s next. But we would rather have a Cheney who is afraid of us than the other way around.
Why September 1? It’s good timing. It gives us enough weeks to get this proposal off the ground and to reach out to webmasters and bloggers across the globe. September 1 is an easy date to remember. It is also a Friday, a good day to plan a large event in time for the weekend news cycle. We need the press and the public to be talking about this for at least a week before the White House takes over the airwaves with their fifth anniversary 9/11 celebrations/commemorations.

Judging by the reaction on the web to C-Span’s airing of the American Scholars Symposium, the 9/11 truth movement has been afforded another jolt of momentum in its quest to bring criminal proceedings against those complicit in the attack and its subsequent cover-up.
C-Span repeated the show Sunday and set to re-air it again Tuesday at 6:10PM EST, 5:10 CST.

Webster Tarpley, one of the keynote speakers and panel members at the symposium, today calls for a concerted effort to use the C-Span broadcast to discredit phony left-right gatekeepers who have resolved to blindly accept the government’s version of what happened on 9/11.
“Let us mobilize to organize the biggest audience ever by an incessant and sustained intervention in radio and television call-in talk shows, by blast emails, by direct personal contact alerts, by public signs, leaflets, and by every other means at our disposal,” Tarpley wrote.

After covering the specifics of the most recent actions which have been taken against me by the management of my apartment complex in violation of my privacy rights, I will tie said event(s) in with government eradication of privacy through the very recent, completely illegal, and unConstitutional overturning and abrogation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (aka Article Four of the Bill of Rights) through the latest FISA legislation which was just passed by the U.S. Senate and signed by “Emperor Bush”. But first, the following is an outline of my own personal experience(s) with Fourth Amendment rights to privacy being violated in my own situation:
Due to the fact that my apartment management appeared to be passing my apartment over for legally required annual inspection, replacement of the heater filter, and checking of the smoke detector, early on Monday morning, 14 July 2008, I faxed a “Maintenance Request” form to said management requesting that such inspection be carried out. This was the first and only Maintanance Request form that I have submitted in the entire five and half (5 and a 1/2) years that I have lived in this apartment complex. But little did I know that the manager was going to retaliate against and harass me for, as she put it a couple of weeks before when I spoke with her in the complex office, my being “particular” about the rule of law being followed, and for submission of the “Maintenance Request” for said inspection, etc.
The very next day, on Tuesday, 15 July 2008, I received reasonable notice that the inspection was going to be carried out between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (M.D.T.) on Thursday, 17 July 2008. There was nothing in said notice requesting any preparation(s) for the inspection whatsoever, and no indication(s) and/or warning(s) was and/or were given of what was very soon to transpire during such inspection.
When the day of said inspection arrived, I made sure that I was prepared for the management’s arrival to carry out same, and I was completely calm, in a good mood, upbeat, and prepared for the inspection to be routinely carried out without incident, as all previous inspections under previous management had always been a routine matter and completed without any difficulty(ies) and/or incident(s) whatsoever for the entire previous five and a half (5 and a 1/2) years that I have resided in the complex. In addition, all prior inspections, other than rare occasions of my requesting that further “maintenance” be carried out, had simply entailed the manager replacing the heater filter, checking the smoke detector and asking me if there were any problems that I needed to report to them. So, understandably, I was under the natural assumption that the latest inspection would amount to no more and no less, and that it too would be completed in short order, without incident. Man, was I wrong!
On the date of the inspection in question, Thursday, 17 July 2008, at or about 11:20 a.m., the manager, Bonnie (last name unknown), and the maintenance person, Mike (last name also unknown), arrived at my apartment, knocked on the door, and I answered the door jovially with the greeting, “Welcome to Casa Britain(!)”, to which Mike responded with a hearty laugh, although Bonnie had no positive reaction to same whatsoever. Immediately, Bonnie proceeded to inform me that the first item of business was that they needed to inspect the locked storage closet right outside my front door, and I asked why that was, being that I had never previously encountered such a request in the entire five and a half (5 and 1/2) years that I lived in the apartment complex, to which I received the reply from Bonnie that they had to check “everything”. Mike then proceeded, without my permission, and without asking for my permission, to use his master key to open my storage closet. This was the first warning I received that much of this present apartment inspection was going to be anything but routine, and that a great deal was going to be carried out without asking my permission for ANY of it, thereby carrying out invasive, intrusive and excessive actions against my will, and in violation of my privacy rights.
Mike and Bonnie then entered my apartment. And then began a pattern of Bonnie acting like “a bat out of hell”, and/or “a bull in a China closet”, and intentionally seeking to provoke an incident by time and time again moving my personal property without asking for or obtaining my permission. It started with her proceeding to “inspect” my front window and the blind associated therewith. I had makeshift curtains and several items in front of the window, and she began to move them very abruptly, also without seeking my permission, during which time I was cooperative and attempted to assist them in whatever way(s) I could. Because of my serious physical disabilities, and my being “slow on the uptake”, I did not at first realize that anything untoward was taking place, nor did it even cross my mind that I should object to any of her methods; or, more specifically, to request from her that she please ask my permission before moving my belongings. I suppose, considering my previous experience(s) with her and her boss, the owner of the complex, I should have been prepared for such a scenario; but, again due to my serious physical disabilities, because I didn’t want to appear uncooperative, and because I mistakenly thought there was virtually no reason(s) for everything associated with said inspection not to go smoothly and without a hitch, I was almost totally unprepared for the way(s) in which Bonnie acted, and her aggressive and belligerent actions, throughout the inspection, until almost the very end thereof.
During the “inspection” of the front window, and when my back was literally turned towards concentrating on assisting them with same, Bonnie either knocked over or intentionally handled and/or moved my digital camera; which, fortunately, appears not to have been damaged, but it is a prime example of the “bull in a China closet” way(s) in which she carried out the “inspection”. Over and over again she treated me, my property, my privacy, and the law and/or legal rights with contempt, showing little or no respect for my privacy, my property, and me, constantly acting like she supposedly has the authority under the law as an apartment manager, which she does NOT have, to do almost anything she darn well pleases in the apartment HOMES of tenants, particularly in mine because of her intentionally seeking to retaliate against me, intimidate me, attempt(s) to provoke an incident, and attempt(s) to entrap me, all of which are completely and very seriously illegal, and against the law and rights of both tenants in general, and myself. It is clear, through all of the foregoing, and the following, and especially from her express(ed) belief that I’m supposedly overly “particular” about upholding the rule of law, that Bonnie has contempt for the law, has little or no understanding of and/or respect for civil liberties and/or rights, and that she particularly holds contempt for the civil rights of tenants, especially tenants like myself that she doesn’t like and is seeking to retaliate against, etc.
Once the “inspection” of the front window was completed, I moved stuff out of the way and Mike proceeded to replace the heater filter and to inspect both the heater and the hotwater heater, with further assistance from me to accomplish same; and same was accomplished without any hindrance(s) thereto, and without incident. Bonnie proceeded to look around the kitchen, again without asking my permission to move, open or look into anything; and then, as she was looking at the kitchen sink, which was completely clean and without any dirty dishes or any other lack of cleanliness or other hindrance(s) to her “inspection”, she noticed the water filter attachment to the faucet on the kitchen sink, and belligerently asked me about its purpose as if it was supposedly an unacceptable appliance and/or attachment thereto, even though it in no way damages the existing facility. I politely explained to her its purpose, which should have been obvious, and she said nothing further about it. She then opened the cabinet door(s) under the kitchen sink without asking, and went under the sink to check for leaks, in the process very aggressively, and without any consideration and/or attention to being cautious, squashed my garbage receptacle against the right-hand side of cabinet wall. During the entire “inspection” process, by the way, she was copiously filling out a “checklist”, which I was never given a copy of before they left, as required by law; nor was any arrangement conveyed to me for getting a copy of same to me thereafter.
Next, as I was standing next to her at the stove, Bonnie proceeded to aggressively remove my pots and pans (due to very limited cabinet space) from the top of the stove, and from the two out of four burners that I rarely use (though I already knew they were all in fully operable condition), and to shove them forcefully at me, gesturing for me to find a place to put them while she checked to make certain the burners all worked, again without at all asking for my permission to move anything. Then, because I had had to move my bicycle in order to get to the right end of the front window, which I had no place else to move to other than in front of the refrigerator, Bonnie proceeded to move my bicycle back to its normal storage place on newspapers in the corner to the right of the window, again without asking my permission, and without requesting that I move it for her. She then proceeded to open the refrigerator without asking permission and looked around both the freezer and the regular refrigerator sections.
At this point in the writing of this article, it would be highly appropriate, relevant and pertinent to explain that the level of “inspection” which Bonnie was carrying out at this time was virtually the exact equivalent of inspections carried out upon move-in and move-out, and that this level of inspection is NOT carried out during occupancy. In fact, occupancy inspections amount to very limited and objective examination(s) of whether the tenants are taking appropriate care of and are not damaging the property, that they are not living in filth, to replace the heater filter, and to check the operation of the smoke detector(s). Otherwise, any more in-depth inspections during occupancy are invasive, obtrusive and a violation of privacy; and the level of “inspection” which Bonnie was carrying out at this time was extremely invasive and obtrusive to privacy, especially considering the aggressiveness and retaliatory nature of the way(s) in which it was carried out by her, as a vendetta against me for being “particular” about upholding the rule of law and submitting the maintenance request for the inspection, etc. Further, during my entire fifteen (15) years of residing in government-subsidized apartment complexes, as well as in my experience as an apartment manager myself, occupancy inspections were virtually always extremely limited as described above, and only move-in and move-out inspections were as in-depth as the one(s) Bonnie is carrying out at this time; and, thereby, they were not invasive and/or a violation of privacy as Bonnie’s current “inspections” are.
Also, the previous managers had inspected my apartment every single year of my occupancy except for one, they had just inspected my unit approximately six months prior to Bonnie’s most recent “inspection”, and in that entire five and a half (5 and a 1/2) year period I had NEVER been informed, either verbally or in writing, that ANYTHING was IN ANY WAY(S) unsatisfactory or unacceptable about the condition of my apartment, BY ANYONE, either by management, ownership or the government. And virtually nothing has changed in all of that time. I have had the same amount of still-not-unpacked belongings stored as they are for that entire time, allowing sufficient “egress” to the bedroom window in the rear of the apartment, and to the circuit breaker box, which was admitted to by the government during their inspection of my unit; and I have not accumulated much in the way of additional belongings in all of that time either. Therefore, any adverse action(s) taken against me now regarding same, will clearly be additional and extremely egregious retaliation(s) against me in violation(s) of law, my privacy rights, and/or other of my equal, human, civil, legal, and/or liberty rights.
In Bonnie taking the next “act” of this two-person “show” to the subsequent room(s), the bedroom and/or the bathroom, the “inspection” of the bathroom was carried out without incident—in fact, we had no direct contact concerning same at all—but the “inspection” of the bedroom was another story altogether. During the “inspection” of same, Bonnie claimed that she could not get to the circuit breaker box which is in the wall to the right of the bedroom window (since she’s a very short woman). She proceeded to inform me that I needed to move some of the boxes so she could more easily get to the circuit breakers; so, immediately upon their departure, I fully complied and moved even more of the boxes than she asked for, and now there is no encumbrance preventing a woman of her “stature” from accessing said electrical switch box. Up to this point, she has not informed me of ANYTHING else that was allegedly unsatisfactory and/or unacceptable about the “condition” of the bedroom, the bathroom, or any other part of the apartment for that matter.
Next, as Bonnie was filling out the “checklist” concerning the bathroom and the bedroom, she and Mike and myself were standing in the bedroom when she proceeded to claim that she supposedly has the legal authority as manager to make one (1), two (2) or more “follow-up inspections” in order to confirm repairs and/or carry out replacement of property-provided fixtures such as new blinds for the windows, amounting to as many as four (4) to six (6) “inspections” per year. Well, this is so clearly exorbitant, excessive, obtrusive, and/or invasive, a violation of the right(s) to privacy, and totally contrary to my many years of experience with the law, and civil and/or tenant rights, as an apartment manager myself at one time, and my fifteen (15) years of experience residing in government-subsidized apartment complexes, that I very calmly and politely told her that I would look in to the legality of same, to which she had the unmitigated gall to proceed to play “mindgames”, play me for stupid, thoroughly disrespect me, the law and civil rights, to harass and threaten me, and to essentially seek to “blackmail” me into not being so “particular” about expecting her to respect and uphold the rule of law by essentially exclaiming that “if (I) expect (her) to allow (me) to continue have ‘flyers and stickers’ in (my) front window [to the side of (my) front door], then (I) ‘need’ to not be so ‘particular’ about (her) following the law”.
This incident intentionally provoked by her so stressed me out, distressed me and/or consternated me, and so flabbergasted me that she even had the nerve to make such a blatantly illegal, threatening, harassing, and/or privacy-violating statement—seeing, as I expressed to them then, that “I am much too physically ill due to my physical disabilities to be able to handle any such stress”—that I as calmly and professionally as possible under the circumstances, exercised my Constitutional, First Amendment and free speech right(s) to get, entirely justifiably under the circumstances as well, angry and to express to her, without getting into, “entertaining” and/or broaching ANY argument(s), and without getting or acting violent IN ANY WAY(S) WHATSOEVER, that they were to “finish what (they) have to do and leave”, and that “under advice of legal counsel, I am to have no further direct contact with her except as absolutely necessary, such as for ‘inspections’ (recertifications of my government-subsidized rent status), etc.” Thus, in the process of this, I walked away from them, walked back into the front room, they finished their “inspection”, and they left without any further incident(s) at or about 11:45 a.m. (M.D.T.).
It is very important to note at this point that earlier, during their “inspection” of my apartment unit’s front window, Bonnie made mention of the flyers and stickers in the front window, she expressly informed me that she was going to let them slide, and specifically informed me that she was NOT going to require me to remove them, even though she alleged that they are supposedly contrary to the lease and/or the “House Rules”. In fact, we had another “light” and/or “jovial” moment when, in the course of our interchange at that moment, and with regard to that topic, she in essence stated, “At least you only have one that says ‘Peace’, and as long as you don’t have one saying ‘Vote for McCain’, I will ‘let them slide'”. To this I responded that “I agree fully with you on that”, and there were laughs all around concerning same. Previously, in face to face conversation(s) with Bonnie, and in the “newsletter(s)” she generates and issues to all of the tenants, all she has stated is required is that the blinds can be seen through the windows and from the outside of the apartments, and that nothing is allowed to completely block anyone from being able to see said blinds through the windows. The blinds of my apartment unit CAN be clearly seen through said windows, are NOT obscured from being able to be seen, and have never been obscured from being able to be seen in the entire time of my five and a half (5 and a 1/2) year occupancy of said apartment unit.
Furthermore, Bonnie’s entirely outrageous action(s) and/or statement(s) comparing obedience of the law and an alleged lease and/or house rules “requirement” that is NOT a literal law, is like “comparing apples and oranges”; and the ‘seriousness’ of the latter in NO WAY(S) equates with the seriousness of obeying literal laws. In fact, the alleged lease and/or house rules “requirement” that nothing should be obscuring the windows and/or the ability to view the blinds through same, is extremely minor in comparison to apartments managements’ duty(ies) and/or responsibility(ies) to completely obey all of the laws, and civil and/or tenant rights, in the performance of their jobs, as well as in all of their interactions with tenants. To do as she did and essentially attempt to “blackmail” me into not being so “particular” about her obeying the law(s) in order to keep my very limited flyers and/or stickers in my apartment unit’s window, is an extremely serious abuse of her “authority” as an apartment manager; is, again, completely illegal and/or a very serious violation of law and/or civil and/or tenant rights; and she must not be allowed to get away with same with impunity.
Additionally, all of Bonnie’s above-referenced outrageous actions, including but not necessarily limited to abusing her apartment manager “authority”, violating the law and my privacy, failing to obtain permission for opening appliances and cabinets, etc., and/or moving my property without my permission, disregard for said property and/or me as a free individual, complete disrespect for me and my rights by being rude, aggressive and forceful in the performance of her job and carrying out said “inspection”, attempting to intimidate and scare me out of being “particular” about her obeying the law, trying to provoke me into taking some sort of illegal and/or improper action(s) in response to her completely outrageous, illegal, disrespectful, and privacy-violating actions, and her seeking to entrap me thereby, etc., is extreme abuse of myself as a human being, has exacerbated and/or worsened my disabilities, has intentionally and severely inflicted me with emotional distress and/or caused me severe pain and suffering, caused me far too much stress which my physical disabilities cannot tolerate whatsoever, put me in extreme fear for my liberty and/or my continued tenancy, and gravely harmed me thereby through all of the foregoing, etc.
WHEREFORE, before I continue with the rest of this article, I hereby legally request all of the following:

Now, to continue with this article and connect my personal situation and the retaliatory, privacy-violating, and/or (otherwise) illegal actions, etc., being carried out against me, with the much larger, nationwide destruction, overthrowing, curtailment, and/or abrogation of the civil liberties concerning, and rights to, privacy in the U.S., and with the abrogation, curtailment, overthrowing, and/or destruction of the Fourth Amendment rights to privacy and freedom of the U.S. Constitution (and/or Article Four of the Bill of Rights) through the latest completely unConstitutional FISA legislation which was just very recently adopted into “law” by Congress and the Bush regime, I now make those completely legitimate and incredibly significant connections, as follows:
On Wednesday, 9 July 2008 the traitorous and treasonous U.S. Senate unanimously passed the latest FISA law “update”, which the U.S. House of Representatives also traitorously, treasonously and unanimously passed a week or two before. A majority of NeoLib DemoCONS (aka “Democrats”) of both Houses of Congress voted in favor of same, even with the completely illegal and unConstitutional, and totally “un-compromis(ing)” section providing immunity for the extremely criminal, law- and Constitution- violating corporate fascist Bush-Cheney junta-cabal and the telecoms still intact; which, if it remained in the bill, many of them said would cause them to vote against its passage. Well, disregarding the fact(s) that all of these many ultra-criminal political and corporate mobster-monsters illegally spied on the private conversations and emails of millions of innocent Americans, most of them caved in and voted for it, including the lying crook known as Mr. Barack “Change” Obama, who said not too long ago that he would never vote for it if the immunity clauses remained a part of it. (Do those of you who are planning on voting for this lying globalist traitor now see that he is not the answer, nor our “savior”, and that instead he too makes all kinds of pretty campaign promises that he will not keep, and that he will sell out this country like all of the other globalists and candidates who get in to the office of the U.S. presidency?)
The next day, on Thursday, 10 July 2008, George W. Bush, the first puppet dictator and “‘President’-by-coup-only” (and/or by stolen elections only) of these once free and great United States of America, “land of the free, and home of the brave”, now become “land the (slaves) and home of the (cowards)”, the far-right extremist fascist from a criminal mobster and monstrous family with a long line of fascist traitors to this country going back at least three generations, signed this traitorous and treasonous bill into completely unConstitutional “law”. Thus the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, unless said unConstitutional “law” is overturned and/or repealed, was rendered, very possibly permanently, a dead letter; all domestic privacy, and thereby freedom, in the U.S. was destroyed; and extremely vicious habitual criminals who now run almost the entire U.S. government were given a retroactive “get out of jail free card”, and sent the message that they can supposedly violate countless laws with “impunity”; thereby very likely also destroying much of the rule of law and its civil liberty protections in, again, this once great and free republic.
Also, this new “law” now supposedly allows the spying on, and extremely egregious violation(s) of the privacy rights of, millions of innocent Americans to continue, and allegedly makes it “legal”. So, again, unless this completely unConstitutional “law” is repealed or overturned, the privacy violations and spying on innocent Americans will go on. Yet, it is the responsibility, AND DUTY, of ALL Americans to non-violently stand up against this travesty and not allow it to go on; but far too many “Americans” will now sit back, accept this eradication of privacy and freedom, and will do nothing to take back their country and their liberties. We must NOT capitulate to this! We must NOT allow privacy, freedom and the rule of law to become a thing of the past! Because, if we allow THIS destruction of justice, privacy and freedom to continue, very soon we will literally be enslaved, and we will not have the freedom to exercise individuality and stand up for anything that isn’t a bowing down to evil, and isn’t a complete surrender to the capricious and repressive whims of an evil, totally out of control government that will demand that we sell our souls to the devil for our continued “existence”. But that is NOT existence; this is the complete opposite of freedom; and WE MUST NOT SURRENDER OR BOW DOWN TO IT IN ANY WAY(S) WHATSOEVER! NON-VIOLENTLY TAKE BACK YOUR PRIVACY AND FREEDOM(S)!

Criminals stand trial for their crimes. Period. (At least that is the case with most accused criminals, and should be the case with the Bush-Mobster/Monsters as well.)
Impeachment proceedings were begun against Richard Nixon two years after a landslide election victory—and he resigned to avoid being impeached and removed from office—for crimes far less incriminating, and in far fewer number (say a half dozen for Nixon, and probably over 1,000 for Bush), than the Bush Administration. In 1973, 50,000 telegrams to Congress forced them to begin impeachment hearings.

HERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL ACTION STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO TRY AND HELP GET BUSH AND COMPANY IMPEACHED:
1. Go to your local Impeach For Peace meeting.
2. IMPEACH BUSH DIRECTLY. That’s right, this is no online petition. It’s actually a legal document demanding impeachment through a previously used, and little known procedure. Learn about it, then Impeach Bush yourself, and stop waiting for your legislatures.
3. Learn about actions steps and events a week before they occur.
4. Help us with daily expenses (printing, banners, web hosting, protest expenses, marketing, etc.). We are not-for-profit. 100% of funds go directly to efforts to Impeach Bush!
5. Sign “The Fifth Branch” Impeachment Pledge!
6. Convince those congress people of like mind to impeach/Censure.

9. The more people who conduct these activities, the more the likelihood we’ll succeed. In an effort to motivate people towards these activities, we can:

c. Talk to everyone you meet about Bush.
d. Contact other officials to ask for them to come out in support of Impeachment (MN Congress).
e. Contact famous people to ask for them to speak out for support of Impeachment.
f. Contact sympathetic student groups to do on campus work (UofM).
g. Give a speech to your church.
h. Attend organization’s meetings and bring up Impeaching Bush as a partial solution to their issue (Homeless, Gay rights, feminist issues, Mental Illness support, Education, etc.).
i. Sit at a coffee shop with a sign on the back of your laptop that reads, “Impeach for Peace, Ask me how!”.
j. Sing anti-establishment/anti-war songs at coffee shops, and in-between songs, push for impeachment.
k. Signs on bridges.
l. Signs at coffee shops.
m. Signs on campuses.
n. Signs on light poles.
o. Leaflets on cars.
p. Put impeachment posters in your windows/lawns

q. Door hangers/Door-to-Door signatures on an initiative.

t. Buy radio/billboard/newspaper/tv spots.
u. Write your newspaper (Minneapolis Star Tribune, letter to editor).

x. Hold impeachment parties.
y. Make funny drama skit for protests.
z. Dress up like dead Iraqis & U.S. Soldiers and drape ourselves over the federal building (inform the media prior).
